Graduation Day is finally here! Whitehall-Yearling High School will hold its commencement exercises on Friday, May 24th.
Graduation Ceremony Details for WYHS
- Ceremony:
- Date: May 24th, 6:00 PM
- Location: World Harvest Church, 4595 Gender Rd, Canal Winchester, OH 43110
- Guests: All guests must arrange their own transportation to World Harvest.
- Streaming: Graduation will be streamed live on YouTube.
- Transportation to Ceremony:
- Bus Departure: Graduates who choose to ride the bus must meet at the high school no later than 4 PM.
- Arrival at Venue: Graduates taking their own transportation must arrive at World Harvest no later than 4:45 PM.
- Guest Information:
- Guest Limit: Graduates are asked to limit their guest group to approximately 10 people, including small children, to ensure adequate seating for all attendees.
- Tickets: Tickets are not required.
- Graduation Ceremony Guidelines:
- Personal Items: Graduates may not bring phones, cameras, purses, bags, or other personal items to the ceremony, as there is no storage available.
- Apparel: Graduates should arrive dressed for the ceremony with only their caps, gowns, and tassels.
- Prohibited Items: Balloons and noisemakers are not allowed inside the venue.
Graduation Rehearsal Details for WYHS
- Rehearsal Information:
- Date: May 22nd
- Time: All graduating students must be at the high school by 8:30 AM.
- Note: Attendance at the mandatory rehearsal is required for participation in the graduation ceremony. Graduating students may not drive themselves to the rehearsal.
