Parents/guardians today have an ever-expanding role in their child's education and are a significant partner in helping to educate students.  

Moms, dads, guardians, grandparents, and other family members are actively engaged in the overall success of a school. They sit on committees that develop the overall direction and educational plan for a school, take part in interviewing new staff members, lobby for or against legislation impacting schools, volunteer hundreds of hours at events, and provide the “at home” support that is critical for students to succeed in school.
