Grades 1-12 Enrollment - 2023-2024 Enrollment Now Open
Welcome to Whitehall! Enrolling is fast and easy with our online K - 12 Grade enrollment process for students new to Whitehall Schools. The online registration process provides families an opportunity to review and submit much of the required information in advance, without having to complete multiple forms by hand - regardless of family size!
STEP 1:
Gather the following documents. The online registration will ask you to upload these to the application. We strongly encourage you to upload documents where prompted to help expedite the enrollment process. If you do not have access to the technology needed we can gather these items during your in-person, enrollment appointment.
The documents required for each student you are enrolling:
- Original Birth Certificate
- Medical information (immunization records or physical form with immunizations listed)
- Proof of Residency
- Lease or mortgage in parent/guardian's name or
- Two different utility bills (Gas/Electric/Water/Phone) dated within 30 days in the parent/guardian's name.

STEP 2:
Parents must complete the
online registration located here. Once completed, it will prompt you to schedule an appointment with the Enrollment Center. For additional assistance,

Once the appointment is scheduled, it will provide you with an email address to send the following documents prior to your appointment:
Parent/Guardian Government Issued ID
Any documents that you were not able to upload to the application
IEP (if applicable)
Custody Papers (if applicable)
