Whitehall City Schools believes in engaging guardians, students, and staff forms the foundation for success in our school community. We are excited to provide an online registration process to our district website. 

For additional information, please choose the grade-appropriate tab on the left column. If you have students in multiple grade categories, please look at each category. You only need to do one application for all your students however, preschool and kindergarten have additional requirements.

Once you have completed the online portion of the enrollment application it will give you instructions on how to schedule your appointment. If you have completed your application and still need to make an appointment please click on the link below to schedule your appointment.

Student Enrollment - Grades 1-12

Grades 1-12 Enrollment - 2023-2024 Enrollment Now Open

Welcome to Whitehall! Enrolling is fast and easy with our online K - 12 Grade enrollment process for students new to Whitehall Schools. The online registration process provides families an opportunity to review and submit much of the required information in advance, without having to complete multiple forms by hand - regardless of family size!

STEP 1:
Gather the following documents. The online registration will ask you to upload these to the application. We strongly encourage you to upload documents where prompted to help expedite the enrollment process. If you do not have access to the technology needed we can gather these items during your in-person, enrollment appointment.

The documents required for each student you are enrolling: 
  • Original Birth Certificate
  • Medical information (immunization records or physical form with immunizations listed)
  • Proof of Residency
    • Lease or mortgage in parent/guardian's name or
    • Two different utility bills (Gas/Electric/Water/Phone) dated within 30 days in the parent/guardian's name.

STEP 2:
Parents must complete the online registration located here. Once completed, it will prompt you to schedule an appointment with the Enrollment Center. For additional assistance, CLICK HERE for a step-by-step guide to online enrollment.

Once the appointment is scheduled, it will provide you with an email address to send the following documents prior to your appointment:

Parent/Guardian Government-Issued ID

Any documents that you were not able to upload to the application

IEP (if applicable)

Custody Papers (if applicable)

2023-24 KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT IS GOING ON NOW!

New kindergarten students must turn 5 years old by Sept. 30 of the year that they start school.  Parents may complete their child's registration for 2023-24 at this time. You may begin the process to enroll your child for Kindergarten by clicking here.
