Welcome to Whitehall City Schools! Please follow the steps below to enroll.

Select one of the 3 enrollment options on the left depending on your child’s grade.
- Gather documents needed for enrollment:
- Student’s Original Birth Certificate
- Student’s Immunization Record
- Parent(s) ID(s)
- Proof of Residency (Lease or Mortgage in Parents Name)
- Two Current Utility Bills
- Custody Docs (If Applicable)
Check your email for the “Welcome to Online Registration” sent by messenger@whitehalloh…. Click the link in the email to begin the enrollment process.
Schedule an appointment to complete the process. Once you have completed and submitted online registration, click on the link provided to schedule an enrollment verification appointment.
Check your email. You will receive an email with information regarding your enrollment verification appointment.
Attend your appointment. Sign in to your enrollment verification appointment with our friendly enrollment staff to review your application.

You can find the Whitehall City Schools Enrollment Center located behind Whitehall-Yearling High School next door to Heart of Ohio.

Seleccione una de las 3 opciones de inscripción según el grado de su hijo.
Reúna los documentos necesarios para la inscripción:

- Documentos de Custodia (Si Corresponde)
Revise su correo electrónico para ver el "Bienvenido al registro en línea" enviado por messenger@whitehalloh…. Haga clic en el enlace del correo electrónico para comenzar el proceso de inscripción.
Programe una cita para completar el proceso. Una vez que se complete y envíe el registro en línea, haga clic en el enlace provisto para programar una cita de verificación de inscripción.
Revise su correo electrónico. Recibirá un correo electrónico con información sobre su cita de verificación de inscripción.
Asista a tu cita. Inicie sesión en su cita de verificación de inscripción para revisar su solicitud con nuestro amigable personal de inscripción.

2024 - 25 KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT NOW OPEN!

New kindergarten students must turn 5 years old by Sept. 30 of the year they start school. Parents may complete their child's registration for 2024-25 at this time. You may begin enrolling your child in kindergarten by clicking here.
