WCS Schools – Closed:
When WCS schools are closed due to weather conditions or legal holidays, transportation is not provided for all students.
WCS Schools – Delayed Opening:
If WCS experiences a delayed opening due to weather or other emergency, all transportation will also be delayed.
WCS Schools – Early Dismissal:
If the school district deems the weather conditions to be a safety issue during the school day and public schools close early, non-public school students will be picked up at their normal time.
Non-Public Schools – Delayed Openings:
If a non-public school experiences a delayed opening due to weather or other emergency and WCS does not have a delayed opening, transportation will be provided for non-public school students.
Non-Public Schools – Early Dismissal:
If a non-public school deems the weather conditions to be a safety issue during the school day and closes early, and WCS does not have an early dismissal, transportation will be provided for non-public school students.
