All 7th graders are required by the Ohio Revised Code #3313.671 and our Board Policy to show proof of the Tdap and Meningococcal vaccination prior to entry into 7th grade. Please provide an updated immunization record to the school nurse.

Heart of Ohio Family Health is available at Whitehall-Yearling High School, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. for these vaccines and any other healthcare needs. You can walk-in OR make an appointment by calling 614-701-0980. All insurances and no insurance accepted. We offer a sliding fee scale to those who qualify. The health center is open to all and provides comprehensive family healthcare including: vaccines, sports physicals, sick visits, diabetes management, women’s health services, and more.
