At Whitehall City Schools, the mission of the technology department is to provide the best technology-based learning experience available for all students, PreK-12. We feel that technology should be an integral and integrated component of the educational process. With adding key components to our network and working towards providing a 1:1 experience for students, we feel we can optimally provide for upcoming state-wide, mandatory online assessments and testing. All learners gain essential skills that extend beyond the content and foster lifelong growth past their primary education experience. Whitehall City Schools is committed to providing all students with the technology concepts, processes, and skills that are ethically needed to be contributing, productive citizens and thrive in our technology saturated society.
***Tech Support Update***
If you have a student who has an issue with their Chromebook, please have them or a parent/guardian send an email (following the instructions linked below) to TechHelp@wcsrams.org. This email is only for families and students so that we can engage them directly. If they are in need of in-person support (their device is damaged or not functioning), we would ask that they and/or their parent/guardian bring their device and charger to the Administration Building so that we can diagnose their issue. Support hours at the Admin building are 8:00am-3:30pm.
