Construction Bids - Legal Notice

Sealed bids will be received by Whitehall City Schools until 1:00 p.m., local time, on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at the Treasurer’s Office, 625 S. Yearling Road, Whitehall, Ohio 43213, and opened and read immediately thereafter for all labor, material, and services necessary for the C. Ray Williams Covered Walkway, Whitehall City Schools, as described in the Contract Documents prepared by Schorr Architects, Inc. A copy of this notice is available on the School's website at www.wcsrams.org.

Contract Documents may be examined without charge during business hours at Schorr Architects, Inc. 230 Bradenton Avenue, Dublin, Ohio 43017 and online at www.dodgeconstruction.com.

Copies of said drawings and specifications may be obtained by Prime Bidders from DC Reprographics, 1254 Courtland Avenue, Columbus, Ohio, 43201, 614/297-1200, FAX 614/297-1300, www.dcreprographics.com, Contact: Dominic DeJean, Email: [email protected], for a non-refundable fee of $25.00.

There will be no Pre-Bid Meeting. Contact Dave Hausmann at 614-668-4186 to visit the site. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder.
