Each senior gets 10 TICKETS for the ceremony at World Harvest Church (4595 Gender Road; Canal Winchester 43110)
All tickets are digital and must be shown digitally at the door to gain entrance into graduation. This is the same ticketing system that has been used for homecoming and prom this year.
- Graduates riding the bus from WYHS must arrive at WYHS by 8:30 am.
- Senior graduates who drive MUST arrive at World Harvest by 9:15 am
- Parent Bus will leave WYHS at 9:30 am
- Parent drivers can arrive at World Harvest beginning at 9:30 am.
Traffic might be heavy and families are encouraged to arrive early, carpool or take different routes to get to World Harvest Church. The entrance to World Harvest Church is accessible from Shannon Road. There are a few possible routes including I-70 to Gender Road, or SR33 to Gender Road, or Winchester Pike to Brice Road to Shannon Road. One construction update: Brice Road heading south is closed.

We need your assistance to ensure your student’s graduation ceremony is conducted in a dignified manner. The faculty and staff of your child's school have spent significant time planning and organizing the graduation ceremony. It is very important that all graduation participants and attendees conduct themselves in a polite and courteous fashion. The graduation ceremony is a special event and requires all attendees to be on their best behavior.
