The Whitehall City School District will be accepting the 2022-2023 intra-district open enrollment applications for elementary school students. Intra-district open enrollment is available to our parents of elementary school students grades 2-5 who are interested in transferring their child to one of our other elementary schools (Beechwood or Etna Road) outside of their home school attendance boundary. The decision to accept or deny a transfer request will be based on available space. Parents will be notified of the decision no later than five (5) weekdays prior to the start of the 2022-2023 school year.You may complete and submit the application on our website at www.wcsrams.org from April 15, 2022 until 3:00 pm on June 2, 2022.
If your child is currently attending an elementary school through a previous open enrollment approved request or was overflowed to an elementary school other than your home school attendance area, your child will return to the elementary school in your home school attendance area after the 2021-2022 school year. As a result, if you wish to have your child attend a different elementary school for the 2022-2023 school year, you will need to submit a completed open enrollment application for the 2022-2023 school year.
