WCS to remain in hybrid model
Whitehall City Schools’ number one priority continues to be ensuring a safe learning and working environment.  In an emergency board of education meeting on Saturday, November 21st, board members voted on a motion regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Whitehall City Schools Board of Education voted to remain in the current hybrid model for education and reassess at next board of education meeting on Thursday, December 10th. This is in alignment with Franklin County Public Health’s guidance for local school districts to maintain their current learning modalities.

In a previous motion from the emergency board meeting on Thursday, November 19th, the board voted to suspend all interscholastic athletics until December 18th. Teams will have the opportunity to practice as needed.
