Legal Notice for Bids

Sealed bids will be received by Whitehall City Schools until 1:00 pm, local time, on Monday, April 19, 2021, at the Administration Building, 625 S. Yearling Road, Whitehall, Ohio 43213, and opened and read immediately thereafter for all labor, material, and services necessary for the Russ Gregg Gymnasium Floor Replacement, as described in the Contract Documents prepared by Schorr Architects, Inc. A copy of this notice is posted on the District's web page Contract Documents may be examined without charge during business hours at Schorr Architects, Inc. 230 Bradenton Avenue, Dublin, Ohio 43017, online at, and online for members of
Dodge Construction at Copies of said drawings and specifications may be obtained by Prime Bidders from DC Reprographics, 1254 Courtland Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43201; 614/297-1200, Fax: 614/297-1300, at a cost of $40.00.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder.
