In a partnership with Heart of Ohio Family Health and Nationwide Children’s Hospital, WYHS is hosting two COVID-19 vaccine clinics for all students and community members ages 16 and up. The clinic for WYHS students will be held on Tuesday, April 20th, from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at WYHS. The clinic for community members will be held Saturday, May 1st, from 8:00 AM – 5 PM (more details to follow).

On Monday, April 12th, students ages 16 and up received a consent form to be taken home along with an email survey asking whether or not they would like to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Based on their responses, they will then be given further instructions on when and where to report on April 20th during the school day.
