Kindergarten Eligibility for 2026–2027
According to  Ohio House Bill 114, children must be five years old on the first day of school to enroll in Kindergarten. For WCS, students must turn five on or before August 20, 2026.Families who have questions about eligibility or the enrollment process are encouraged to contact the WCS Enrollment Center for assistance.

Welcome to Whitehall, Little Rams!

Enrollment is fast and easy through our online process for students new to Whitehall Schools. The online registration process allows families to review and submit much of the required information in advance.

Kindergarten Enrollment will open April 10, 2026

Please note that this online application cannot be completed on a mobile phone. You MUST use a computer.

Once completed, it will prompt you to schedule an appointment with the Enrollment Center.

To complete the online registration, you will need the following documents:

(We strongly encourage you to upload documents where prompted to help expedite the enrollment process.)

  • Original Birth Certificate.

  • Immunization Record.

  • Proof of Residency.
    1. Lease or mortgage in parent/guardian's name.
    2. Two different utility bills (Gas/Electric/Water/Phone) dated within 30 days in the parent/guardian's name.

Once the appointment is scheduled, it will provide you with an email address to send the following documents prior to your appointment:

  • Parent/Guardian Government-Issued ID

  • Any documents that you were not able to upload to the application

  • IEP (if applicable)

  • Custody Papers (if applicable)
