Indicators 1&2 Graduation and Dropout Prevention
Indicator 1: Graduation - measures the percentage of students with disabilities, ages 14-21, who exited special education due to graduating by meeting the same requirements as students without disabilities.
Indicator 2: Dropout Rate: measures the percentage of students with disabilities, ages 14-21, who exited special education due to dropping out.
Whitehall City Schools Staff, Parents and Students track a high school student’s progress toward graduation using the Multi-Year Planning Tool and Academic Plan Progress Report in the District’s Student Information System, Infinite Campus.
- All students review these documents one on one with their school counselor when they schedule for the next semester.
- For students with disabilities, the Case Manager opens and reviews these documents with the student and parents/guardians at each IEP Annual Review meeting.
- Students and parents can independently review these documents at any time.
Directions for accessing the documents:
For Staff:
- Select a student in Infinite Campus
- From the Main Menu, select Student Information
- Under Student Information, select Academic Planning
- Three documents are available under Academic Planning
- Select Programs to see what Graduation Seals the student has earned
- Select Course Plan to see what courses the student has taken and has scheduled for each semester
- Select Progress for a colored spreadsheet indicating progress toward course completion for all courses required for graduation
For Parents:
- Log into the Parent Portal on the Infinite Campus App
- Click “Documents”
- Two documents are available related to graduation progress:
- Select Course Plan to see what courses the student has taken and has scheduled for each semester
- Select Progress for a colored spreadsheet indicating progress toward course completion for all courses required for graduation
For Students:
- Log into Infinite Campus
- Click “Documents”
- Two documents are available related to graduation progress:
- Select Course Plan to see what courses the student has taken and has scheduled for each semester, and to request courses for coming semesters
- Select Progress for a colored spreadsheet indicating progress toward course completion for all courses required for graduation

RED = Courses still needed
YELLOW = Courses currently in progress
