Etna Road Elementary is kicking off the 2023-24 school year with a brand new incentive program! Introducing…..S.O.A.R

Students will have opportunities to achieve awards, challenge themselves and become self-motivated. This program is created to reward students who continuously follow The Etna Way.

Students will be recognized monthly for their contributions in the following areas:

•Self-Control – Showing a growth mindset

•On-Task – Academics

•Accountable – Attendance

•Respect All – Behavior
