Intradistrict Open Enrollment Window - April 17th
This note is a reminder to all parents that the window for Intradistrict Open Enrollment will begin on Monday, April 17th, and close on Thursday, June 1st, 2017. Open enrollment is for any Whitehall student who resides in Whitehall and whose parent would like to request his/her child be permitted to attend another Whitehall elementary school outside the designated attendance area but still within the Whitehall boundaries.
Intradistrict Open Enrollment applications will be made available on April 17th, 2017, on our website at www.wcsrams.org, at the district administration office at 625 S. Yearling Road, and at each elementary school (elementaries will be closed on 4/17 for Spring Break). In addition, a boundary map can be found HERE.
No applications will be accepted after 3:00 PM on June 1st, 2017. Parents will be notified at least five (5) calendar days before school begins in August as to whether their application has been accepted or denied. Applications will be denied if class size reaches the designated limit. If an application is approved, parents are responsible for all transportation of children attending another school under open enrollment.
