Legal Notice to Bidders

Sealed bids will be received by Whitehall City Schools until 3:00 pm, local time, on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at the Administration Building, 625 S. Yearling Road, Whitehall, Ohio 43213, and opened and read immediately thereafter for all labor, material, and services necessary for the Partial Roof Replacement at the Walter Arms Learning Center, as described in the Contract Documents prepared by Schorr Architects, Inc. A copy of this notice is posted on the District's web page www.wcsrams.org.

Contract Documents may be examined without charge during business hours at Schorr Architects, Inc. 230 Bradenton Avenue, Dublin, Ohio 43017; Central Ohio Minority Business Association, 1393 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43205; online at www.dodgeconstruction.com, and at the District Administration Building, 625 S. Yearling Road, Whitehall, Ohio 43213.

Copies of said drawings and specifications may be obtained by Prime Bidders from the Architect at no cost.  ALL BIDDING DOCUMENTS WILL BE FORWARDED SHIPPING CHARGES COLLECT.

A PREBID meeting is scheduled for 2:00 pm, local time, on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at the District Administration Building, 625 S. Yearling Road, Whitehall, Ohio 43213.   Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening.  The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder.
